Our Story
Service doesn't end when the uniform comes off.
American Joe Coffee was built around that idea.
Founded by a retired U.S. Army Senior NCO in Arizona's West Valley, American Joe is more than an online coffee company. It's the beginning of something we're building around coffee, service, community, and the belief that there is always another way to contribute.
Coffee has always had a place wherever people gather to work, talk, plan, recover, and get ready for whatever comes next. That's the kind of coffee company we want American Joe to be.
STILL SERVING
“Still Serving” isn't just a tagline.
It reflects where American Joe came from and where we're going. Military service may have been part of the beginning, but service takes many forms. Teachers, first responders, tradespeople, veterans, military families, and countless others spend their lives showing up for the people around them.
American Joe was created with those communities in mind.
We believe in good coffee without unnecessary pretense, treating people well, doing the work correctly, and continuing to contribute long after one chapter of life ends.
ARIZONA ROOTED
American Joe is being built in Arizona's West Valley, near Luke Air Force Base and the communities that have become home.
Today, you can find American Joe online. We're also developing Field Operations to bring American Joe directly into the community, while working toward a permanent Headquarters Campus in Glendale.
The goal isn't simply to open another coffee shop. We're building a place where good coffee, work, community, and service belong together.
THE NEXT CUP
American Joe is still being built.
You'll see some of that journey in the Founder Journals, through Field Operations, and eventually at our Headquarters Campus. We don't intend to pretend we're already something we're not. We'd rather invite you along while we build it.
Wherever American Joe goes next, the mission stays the same:
Make a damn good cup of joe. Take care of people. Keep serving.
Still Serving.
