Blonde brings together coffees from Central America and Africa in a light-roasted blend built around a naturally sweeter style. It's a good choice for someone who wants to move away from the heavier roasted character of traditional dark coffee and let more of the coffee itself come through.
Our U.S. roaster developed this blend to work especially well as a sweeter-style espresso, but there's no requirement to keep it behind an espresso machine. Order it whole bean or in the grind that works for the way you make coffee.
